The problem

Most AI training is a presentation about what AI can do. People leave impressed and unchanged. Two weeks later, nothing in their work is different.

Our approach

We run working sessions, not lectures. Participants bring their actual tasks: the report they write monthly, the emails they answer daily, the analysis that takes too long. By the end of the session, they have done that work with AI, and they know how to do it again tomorrow.

Formats

Three formats.

  • Executive briefing. A concise session for leadership teams that need a clear-eyed view of what AI can and cannot do for their organization, and what adoption actually requires.
  • Team workshop. A single team, their real workflows, hands-on rebuilding. Ends with redesigned workflows in active use.
  • Department intensive. An extended engagement that moves a full function onto AI-supported ways of working, with follow-up support.
