C&C Consulting was founded on a simple observation: organizations do not have an AI knowledge problem. They have an AI adoption problem. Everyone has seen the demos. Very few have changed how Monday morning actually works. C&C exists to close that gap.
Our experience comes from well over a decade leading marketing, business development, and operations across research, technology, retail, and financial services. In recent years that work has centered on AI adoption from the inside: rebuilding workflows, training teams, and integrating AI tools across entire organizations rather than single functions.
We have led organization-wide AI adoption at a global research company, delivered AI transformation work in network technology and retail businesses, and trained small and medium enterprise cohorts through a leading bank's enablement program. We are based in Nairobi and work globally, with particular depth in Africa and emerging markets.
